On the 1st of January 2016, we opened the sales for the shares from CETHALCO PLC. Investors are invited to request for the companies data.                                                  By the esatblishment, the price for the shares will be with a discount of 50% till the     share capital reached the minimum level of 1.00 Million Euro, making the yearly dividend, for the establishers, 10.00 %/year.

In term, the company will hold 4 independant Business Units (Market Segments)      for the development and production of Biomass in solid, liquid and gas.                     The fourth BU will be responsable for the supply of energy systems.

During the transformation period of the CETHALCO group into a U.K. PLC,                      Cethalco Nederland will develop the projects and support the subsidiary                          companies, Associates and Partners in their business.
